Laptop cooling is already overdone, pick your own YouTube video.
My Ethernet adapter seriously needs cooling, and I do not know the specific reasons
(Ethernet? Power supply?) but if I set it on top of my keys, it barely gets warm, problem solved.
is bombastic but I guess the guy needed to prove he wasn't selling you something.
The TLDR seems to be (I stopped watching) that if you give a laptop enough space to cool itself, it will.
That usually means sticking something underneath the notebook to let the vents suck in air with the built in fan.
Hey, I can do that!! Pens, quarters, the power-supply cord!!!

| The title purposely tries to grab google's attention using every keyword everywhere, but I love it and it will be mine (o yes) |
I don't suppose it needs to fit exactly, but ... oh, and will it scratch my aluminum case?
Stay tuned!
Not using a blanket or a rug underneath the laptop, because even when raised, there's lint.
Lint that gets caught in the CPU fan.
I don't have any answers yet on cleaning the lint without voiding the warranty.
I suppose it depends upon the laptop design.
Mine would fare better with a gentle vacuum of the grill,
not compressed air forcing more dirt Into the PC.
or, vacuum first then compressed air dislodging the caked-up crap near the CPU.
I'm clumsy, I admit it. Everything everywhere has hazards I cannot seem to avoid.
I want to get a cover for the keyboard and the trackpad, protecting them and keeping the CPU cool.
I'm totally guessing that the keyboard doubles as a grill for air....I worry.
Maybe I'll google it, but Laptop-design can be so different, that I doubt that I will find a definitive answer
