This subject is so broad, so controversial, random notes from Google are all I'm willing to jot down.
But how to blend the trains of thought into a coherent blog.
Why bother.
It started with wondering what this word means. Knowing the definition, I looked for a soothsayer. |
Then I wondered what "Dispensationalist" meant, and still not knowing (or caring much) I went to look at the wiki. |
Still don't know (I know I said that) but here's the link for the quote Dispensationalism - Wikipedia |
The rest would be comments from my head, but they don't count.
Well, maybe one, but I'd need another Google or another wiki.
I forgot one, "Millennium" which I can never spell right.
It was a TV show.
It's related, I swear, but since it's fictional, nevermind.
"How due yew due" is an anachronistic phrase meaning " 'Sup"
or maybe "Yo".
"Have a nice Day" is a phrase meaning "GoodBye," It's probably in a rule-book for employees, along with "Thank you."
H.A.N.D. is the abbreviation, I just thought it up, which means it's known worldwide and on the moon, just not to me.
"Hi I'm too busy, but H.A.N.D." |
"High Five" ("stop") (("go away") ((("Have a nice Day"))) |
You might see extra characters in this entry, it's hard to edit.
WHAT have you done since 1901 when you had a cold (or an aversion to hand-shaking?)
Well *sometimes* the pushy person stuck out their hand in a gesture designed to make you look like an asshole, but MOST times they'd accept a coy wave.
I wrote this a year ago, the incredibly complicated (and overly done and stewpid) way some people shake hands...BUT for the purposes of this sentence,
most people nod (down or Up) and that's enough.
Enter politicians with their fakery and camera-showmanship, and forearm-bumping (elbow tapping, it varies) was born.
Ah, shit.
H.A.N.D.
You know that whole line about better blogs, that were thought up first?
No?
(It's on top of this page)
Anyway, in a fit of boredom months ago, I wrote about "Beakman's world"
Which is (which was) apparently in New York.
Well, yada whatever (three or so paragraphs about New York and how good they are at disguising themselves to be warm and wonderful) later,
I wanted to add in a paragraph right about here that says mainly, "God, they're old (so yer old, and holy shit, am I old)"
.
