 Impoundment is something a president can try, to keep money authorized by congress from being spent, for whatever reason.

Rivian, a company I never heard of, was invested in by VW to the tune of 5 billion, so they aren't exactly a dinky outfit.

The USG apparently agreed, through the department of energy, 

to float them a 6-billion-dollar loan for a factory in Georgia.

But Unfortunately Rivian is a potential competitor to Tesla and might not get a dime of the loan, or they'll claim Biden is dumping gold bars off the Titanic...

New word of the day: IPOE which might just be what I use, it's hard to discern from the bullshit.

Let me get this straight: I set everything to DCHP and that is "IPOE"?
