If emergency-level patients are in hallways and parking lots, what chance does my TV have?

It's Been a train-ride away, for two days, it hasn't traversed the hallway/parking-lot to its destination (The shipper) because of so many other boxes/the holiday/ a strike (I'm totally guessing)
"brexit" and o so many other "Legitimate" reasons.
I am no bigwig official, their stuff comes first.
Plus, I refused "Prime" and that really pissed off Amazon.
